Screen calibration
Charts are sized for a real viewing distance and physical pixel size, so acuity is accurate. Set both:
Hold a standard card (credit / ID, 85.6 mm wide) against the box and drag the slider until it matches the card's width.

The licence label is free text because every regulator names it differently — write it exactly as it must appear on a prescription.
The study's own Examiner field wins when it is filled in; the prescriber here is used only when it is blank, and the licence number is printed only when the two names match.

PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG. It is resized to fit 600 × 200 px and re-encoded, so the stored copy stays under 256 KB.

Only the exported documents use this colour; the application keeps its own. A pale colour is darkened for the title so it stays readable on white paper.
The profile file carries the logo with it, so a second computer can be set up by importing one file.

Colours are computed for sRGB. Results are invalid on an uncalibrated or wide-gamut display, or with Night Shift / f.lux / an OS colour filter on — those filters simulate colour blindness. A missed plate is a reason to refer for standardized plates, never a finding.
